Once the payment has been processed on the 23rd, we are unable to issue you with a refund unless the box is returned to us unopened or in a resell-able condition. As our subscription boxes are a surprise to all members, we are unable to issue refunds for those that dislike the contents once consumed. This does not affect your statutory rights.
