Can I return my box?Updated 2 months ago

We offer returns within 30 days of receiving your box.

To return your Monthly box, please ensure that all items are in the original packaging, all items are sealed and in a resellable condition and that all items are securely packed. You can choose any preferred courier, however, we recommend sending it on a tracked service.

How to return:


1) Make sure you include all items and return them in the original packaging

2) Clearly state your order number on the outside of the box. You can find this on the original address label or ask a member of our team.

You may cancel your purchase within 30 days of receiving your Monthly Box by notifying us and returning the box in accordance with our returns process. No cancellation fees or administration charges apply. To be eligible for a refund, all items must be returned together, unopened, sealed, in their original packaging and in resellable condition.

We will refund the amount paid for the box once it has been returned to our warehouse and successfully completed our quality check process. To check the status of your return, please email [email protected] with proof of return, tracking information, or similar evidence.

Please note that we cannot accept returns of individual products from a Gin of the Month box and all items must be included to qualify for a refund. Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return postage, ensuring the box is returned safely and undamaged, and we recommend using a tracked delivery service. Returns sent to our office address cannot be accepted.
