How do I change the frequency of boxes I receive?
Simply log into your members' and head to ‘My Membership’ > In your ‘Active’ tab click ‘Update’ under Frequency you can click the preferred option and click ‘Confirm Plan Change’.
How do I change my address?
To amend your address, you can log in here. You’ll need to head to ‘My Membership’ tab > Delivery Address ‘Update’ and once you’ve finished updating your details, you’ll need to click ‘Update Address’. If you need any help, please email us on members
How do I skip a box?
To skip your upcoming box, log in to your membership area. Once you're logged in, click on Change Plan > Change Frequency > Skip your next box > Confirm skip , then confirm the change. Please note that you can skip up to 3 boxes during your membershi
How do I cancel my membership?
We're sorry to hear that you're leaving the club! To cancel your membership, you'll need to log into your account, choose the ‘Account Details’ tab and click on ‘Want to cancel your membership’. This option takes you through our cancellation process.
What's the cut-off date for making changes to my account?
We always encourage you make any changes or updates as early as possible, and no later than the day before we charge you. We always charge you for your next box on the 23rd of the month, prior to when the box is due*. This means any amendments would

I've cancelled my membership, but have changed my mind. How do I restart it?
It couldn't be easier to get your subscription back up and running! Simply log into your account and hit the 'Reactivate' button. This will restart your plan with the next month's box. If you would like to restart and receive the current month's box,
